2. Receive your test

Our lab ships the test directly to your mailing address.

3. Collect a sample

You’ll collect a sample using a cheek swab and place the specimen in a testing tube.

4. Mail the sample back

Mail the specimen back to the laboratory in the provided shipping envelope.

5. Receive your results

Receive an email when your results are ready. Log in to your HFSPGx portal to view the results.

6. Review results

Review your results with a trained healthcare professional.
